From fronting her band, Vintage Radio, as the group’s lead vocalist to producing short films, Char Magnifico simply is entertainment.
She grew up with vocal lessons in New York (and still keeps in touch with her teacher to this day). Over the years she has taught harmony, performed as a soloist, recorded on studio tracks, and studied opera. But her musical “home” is in the high energy rocking sounds of Vintage Radio. Vintage Radio performs throughout Florida and is known as one of the region’s premier acts. In 2020, Char and husband Louis Magnifico organized a successful music festival featuring 7 top live bands.
Char is also currently working on producing a podcast all about using nature – organic plants and organic animal products – as both your nutrition as well as your medicine. Topics will include foraging wild foods, organic gardening, natural medicine (using herbs/botanicals to get off of the pharmaceutical train and promote true health and wellness), and more.
